4 Darum so spricht559 der HErr3068 zum Hause1004 Israel3478: Suchet1875 mich2421, so werdet ihr leben!

5 Suchet1875 nicht Bethel und935 kommet nicht gen Gilgal1537 und gehet5674 nicht gen Berseba. Denn Gilgal1537 wird gefangen weggeführet werden1540, und Bethel wird Beth-Aven205 werden1540.

6 Suchet1875 den HErrn3068, so werdet ihr leben, daß nicht6743 ein Feuer784 im Hause1004 Josephs3130 überhandnehme, das da verzehre398, und niemand löschen möge zu2421 Bethel,

7 die ihr3240 das776 Recht4941 in Wermut3939 verkehret und die Gerechtigkeit6666 zu Boden stoßet.

8 Er7121 macht2015 die8034 Glucke und6213 Orion3685; der aus8210 der Finsternis6757 den Morgen1242 und776 aus dem Tage3117 die finstere2821 Nacht3915 macht; der dem Wasser4325 im Meer3220 ruft und schüttet es auf6440 den Erdboden: er heißet HErr3068,

14 Suchet1875 das Gute2896 und559 nicht das Böse7451, auf daß ihr leben2421 möget, so wird der HErr3068, der GOtt430 Zebaoth6635, bei euch sein, wie ihr rühmet.

15 Hasset8130 das Böse7451 und liebet157 das Gute2896, bestellet das Recht4941 im Tor8179, so wird der HErr3068, der GOtt430 Zebaoth6635, den übrigen7611 in Joseph3130 gnädig2603 sein.

16 Darum so spricht der HErr3068, der GOtt430 Zebaoth6635, der HErr136: Es wird3045 in allen Gassen7339 Wehklagen4553 sein, und auf allen Straßen2351 wird man559 sagen: Wehe! wehe! Und man559 wird den Ackermann406 zum Trauern60 rufen7121 und zum Wehklagen4553, wer da weinen5092 kann.

17 In5674 allen Weinbergen3754 wird Wehklagen4553 sein; denn ich will unter7130 euch fahren, spricht559 der HErr3068.

18 Wehe1945 denen, die des HErrn3068 Tag3117 begehren183! Was4100 soll er euch? Denn des HErrn3068 Tag3117 ist eine Finsternis2822 und nicht ein Licht216.

13 Therefore3651 the prudent7919 shall keep silence1826 in that time;6256 for it is an evil7451 time.6256

14 Seek1875 good,2896 and not evil,7451 that you may live:2421 and so3651 the LORD,3068 the God430 of hosts,6635 shall be with you, as you have spoken.559

15 Hate8130 the evil,7451 and love157 the good,2896 and establish3322 judgment4941 in the gate:8179 it may be that the LORD3068 God430 of hosts6635 will be gracious2587 to the remnant7611 of Joseph.3130
