2 Спаси меня, Боже, ибо воды доходят до души [моей].

3 Я погрязаю во блате глубоком и не на чем остановиться; утопаю в глубине вод, и волны покрывают меня.

4 Я изнемог от вопля, засохла гортань моя, утомились глаза мои от ожидания Бога.

5 Безвинно ненавидящие меня многочисленнее, нежели волосы на голове моей, усилились губящие меня, лживые враги мои. Чего я не отнимал, то должен отдать.

6 Боже! Ты знаешь, есть ли во мне безумие, и вины мои не сокрыты от Тебя.

7 Да не постыдятся во мне все, надеющиеся на Тебя, Господи, Иегова воинств! Да не посрамятся во мне ищущие Тебя, Боже Израилев!

8 Ибо за Тебя несу я посрамление, и стыд покрывает лице мое.

9 Чужим стал я для братьев моих, и незнакомым для сынов матери моей.

10 Ибо ревность по доме Твоем снедает меня, и злословия злословящих Тебя падают на меня.

11 Плачу, пощусь душею моею: и то ставят в порок мне;

12 Возлагаю на себя вместо одежды вретище, и делаюсь для них притчею.

13 О мне разговаривают сидящие у ворот, поют в песнях пьющие сикеру.

14 А я Тебе, Господи, молюсь; время помиловать, Боже: по великой благости Твоей, услыши меня: ибо истинно спасение Твое.

15 Извлеки меня из тины, чтобы не погрязнуть мне; да буду избавлен от ненавидящих меня, и от глубоких вод;

16 Да не увлечет меня стремление вод, да не поглотит меня пучина, да не затворит надо мною колодезь отверстия своего.

17 Услыши меня, Господи, ибо благость Твоя милосерда, по великому благоутробию Твоему воззри на меня.

18 Не сокрой лица Твоего от раба Твоего, ибо я стеснен; поспеши, услыши меня.

19 Приблизься к душе моей, избавь ее; вопреки врагам моим спаси меня.

20 Ты знаешь, в каком я поношении, стыде и поругании; все враги мои пред Тобою.

21 Посрамление сокрушило сердце мое, я изнемог; жду сострадания, но нет его; утешителей, но не нахожу.

22 В пищу мне дают желчь, и в жажде моей поят меня уксусом.

23 Стол их да будет им сетью и тенетами, в возмездие им.

24 Да помрачатся глаза их, чтоб не видеть, и чресла их расслабь навсегда.

25 Пролей на них ярость Твою, и пламень гнева Твоего да обымет их!

26 Селение их да будет пусто, и в шатрах их да не будет жителя!

27 Ибо того, которого Ты поразил, они преследуют, и страдание уязвленных Тобою умножают.

28 Возлагай на них вину за виною, чтобы они не достигли правды Твоей.

29 Да изгладятся они из книги живых, и с праведниками да не напишутся.

30 А я беден и стражду, да оградит меня помощь Твоя, Боже!

31 Я буду славить имя Божие в песне, буду превозносить Его в славословии.

32 Сие Господу приятнее, нежели вол, нежели телец с рогами, с разделенными копытами.

33 Увидят страждущие, и возрадуются. Ищущие Бога! оживет сердце ваше.

34 Ибо Господь внемлет нищим и не отвращается узников Своих.

35 Да восхвалят Его небеса и земля, моря и все движущиеся в них!

36 Ибо Бог спасет Сион, созиждет города Иудины, поселятся там и наследуют его.

37 И потомство рабов Его утвердится в нем, и любящие имя Его будут обитать на нем.
