4 da8033 die Stämme7626 hinaufgehen sollen5927, nämlich die Stämme7626 des HErrn3050, zu predigen dem Volk Israel3478, zu danken3034 dem Namen8034 des HErrn3068.

5 Denn daselbst sitzen3427 die Stühle3678 zum Gericht4941, die Stühle3678 des Hauses1004 David1732.

1 I WAS glad when they said to me, Let us go to the house of the LORD.

2 My feet shall stand within your gates, O Jerusalem.

3 Jerusalem is built like a city that is surrounded by a wall,

4 Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, to the testimony of Israel, to give thanks to the name of the LORD.

5 For there are thrones of judgment set, the thrones of the house of David.

6 Greet Jerusalem with peace; they shall prosper who love you.

7 Peace be within your walls and prosperity within your palaces.

8 For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within you.

9 For the sake of the house of the LORD our God, I will seek your good.
