4 Saying,3004 I have sinned264 in that I have betrayed3860 the innocent121 blood.129 And they said,2036 What5101 is that to us? see3700 you to that.

5 Sie sprachen: Was gehet uns das an? Da2532 siehe du zu! Und2532 er warf4496 die Silberlinge694 in1722 den Tempel3485, hub sich davon402, ging565 hin und2532 erhängte519 sich selbst.

5 And he cast4496 down4496 the pieces of silver694 in the temple,3485 and departed,402 and went565 and hanged519 himself.
|

6 Aber1161 die Hohenpriester749 nahmen2983 die Silberlinge694 und sprachen2036: Es5092 taugt1832 nicht3756, daß wir sie846 in1519 den Gotteskasten2878 legen906; denn1893 es ist1832 Blutgeld129.

21 Da antwortete611 nun der Landpfleger2232 und1161 sprach2036 zu5101 ihnen: Welchen wollt2309 ihr846 unter diesen zweien1417, den575 ich euch soll losgeben630? Sie sprachen2036: Barabbas912.
|
21 The governor2232 answered611 and said2036 to them, Whether5101 of the two1417 will2309 you that I release630 to you? They said,2036 Barabbas.912

22 Pilatus4091 sprach3004 zu ihnen: Was5101 soll ich denn3767 machen4160 mit JEsu2424, von dem3588 gesagt3004 wird, er846 sei Christus5547? Sie846 sprachen3004 alle3956: Laß ihn kreuzigen4717!

22 Pilate4091 said3004 to them, What5101 shall I do4160 then3767 with Jesus2424 which3588 is called3004 Christ?5547 They all3956 say3004 to him, Let him be crucified.4717

23 Der Landpfleger2232 sagte5346: Was5101 hat er denn1063 Übels2556 getan4160? Sie schrieen2896 aber1161 noch mehr4057 und1161 sprachen3004: Laß ihn kreuzigen4717!
|
23 And the governor2232 said,5346 Why,1063 what5101 evil2556 has he done?4160 But they cried2896 out the more,4057 saying,3004 Let him be crucified.4717

24 Da aber1161 Pilatus4091 sah1492, daß3754 er nichts3762 schaffete, sondern235 daß ein viel3123 größer Getümmel2351 ward1096, nahm2983 er Wasser5204 und wusch633 die Hände5495 vor561 dem575 Volk3793 und sprach3004: Ich bin1510 unschuldig121 an dem Blut129 dieses5127 Gerechten1342; sehet ihr5210 zu3700!

32 And as they came1831 out, they found2147 a man444 of Cyrene,2957 Simon4613 by name:3686 him they compelled29 to bear142 his cross.4716

33 Und2532 da sie an1519 die Stätte5117 kamen2064 mit Namen3004 Golgatha1115, das3739 ist2076 verdeutschet Schädelstätte,

33 And when they were come2064 to a place5117 called3004 Golgotha,1115 that is to say,3004 a place5117 of a skull,2898
|
|
34 gaben sie1325 ihm Essig3690 zu trinken4095, mit3326 Galle5521 vermischt3396; und2532 da er846‘s schmeckte1089, wollte2309 er nicht3756 trinken4095.
|

35 Da sie846 ihn aber1161 gekreuziget hatten, teilten sie seine846 Kleider2440 und2532 warfen906 das Los2819 darum, auf daß2443 erfüllet würde4717, was3588 gesagt ist4137 durch den Propheten4396: Sie haben1266 meine3450 Kleider2440 unter5259 sich1438 geteilet und über1909 mein3450 Gewand2441 haben1266 sie das Los2819 geworfen906.

|

|

|
|
37 Und2532 oben1883 zu seinen846 Häupten2776 hefteten sie2007 die Ursache156 seines846 Todes beschrieben, nämlich: Dies3778 ist1125 JEsus2424, der2076 Juden2453 König935.

|
|
38 Und2532 da5119 wurden zwei1417 Mörder3027 mit4862 ihm846 gekreuziget, einer1520 zur1537 Rechten1188 und einer1520 zur1537 Linken2176.
|
38 Then5119 were there two1417 thieves3027 crucified4717 with him, one1520 on1537 the right1188 hand, and another1520 on1537 the left.2176
|
|
39 Die aber1161 vorübergingen3899, lästerten987 ihn846 und schüttelten2795 ihre Köpfe2776
|
39 And they that passed3899 by reviled987 him, wagging2795 their heads,2776
|
|
40 und2532 sprachen3004: Der du den Tempel3485 Gottes2316 zerbrichst2647 und2532 bauest ihn in1722 dreien5140 Tagen2250, hilf4982 dir selber4572! Bist1488 du Gottes Sohn, so1487 steig herab2597 vom575 Kreuz4716.

41 Desgleichen3668 auch2532 die Hohenpriester749 spotteten1702 sein samt3326 den Schriftgelehrten1122 und1161 Ältesten4245 und2532 sprachen3004:
|
41 Likewise3668 also1161 the chief749 priests749 mocking1702 him, with the scribes1122 and elders,4245 said,3004
|
|
42 Andern243 hat er846 geholfen4982 und2532 kann1410 sich1438 selber nicht helfen. Ist2076 er der König935 Israels2474, so1487 steige2597 er nun3568 vom575 Kreuz4716, so wollen wir ihm4982 glauben4100.
|
42 He saved4982 others;243 himself1438 he cannot3756 1410 save.4982 If1487 he be the King935 of Israel,2474 let him now3568 come2597 down2597 from the cross,4716 and we will believe4100 him.
|
|
43 Er846 hat1909 GOtt2316 vertraut3982, der erlöse ihn nun3568, lüstet‘s ihn; denn1487 er hat4506 gesagt: Ich bin1510 Gottes2316 Sohn.
|
43 He trusted3982 in God;2316 let him deliver4506 him now,3568 if1487 he will2309 have him: for he said,2036 I am1510 the Son5207 of God.2316
|
|
44 Desgleichen schmäheten ihn846 auch1161 die3588 Mörder3027, die mit2532 ihm846 gekreuziget waren4957.
|
44 The thieves3027 also,2532 which3588 were crucified4957 with him, cast3679 the same846 in his teeth.3679
|
|
45 Und1161 von575 der sechsten1623 Stunde5610 an1909 ward1096 eine Finsternis4655 über das ganze3956 Land1093 bis2193 zu der neunten1766 Stunde5610.
|

|
46 Und1161 um4012 die neunte1766 Stunde5610 schrie310 JEsus2424 laut3173 und sprach3004: Eli2241, Eli2241, lama2982 asabthani4518? das ist5123: Mein3450 GOtt2316, mein3450 GOtt2316, warum2444 hast du mich3165 verlassen1459?

46 And about4012 the ninth1766 hour5610 Jesus2424 cried310 with a loud3173 voice,5456 saying,3004 Eli,2241 Eli,2241 lama2982 sabachthani?4518 that is to say, My God,2316 my God,2316 why2444 have you forsaken1459 me?

|

49 Die andern3062 aber1161 sprachen3004: Halt, laß863 sehen1492, ob1487 Elia2243 komme2064 und ihm846 helfe4982!
|
49 The rest3062 said,3004 Let863 be, let us see1492 whether1487 Elias2243 will come2064 to save4982 him.
|
|
50 Aber1161 JEsus2424 schrie2896 abermal laut3173 und verschied863.
|

|
|
51 Und2532 siehe2400 da2532, der2532 Vorhang2665 im Tempel3485 zerriß4977 in1519 zwei1417 Stücke, von575 oben an bis2193 unten2736 aus.

51 And, behold,2400 the veil2665 of the temple3485 was rent4977 in two1417 from the top509 to the bottom;2736 and the earth1093 did quake,4579 and the rocks4073 rent;4977

52 Und2532 die3588 Erde erbebete, und2532 die Felsen zerrissen, und die Gräber3419 taten sich auf455, und stunden auf1453 viel4183 Leiber4983 der Heiligen40, die da schliefen2837,

52 And the graves3419 were opened;455 and many4183 bodies4983 of the saints40 which3588 slept2837 arose,1453
|
|
53 und2532 gingen1525 aus1537 den Gräbern3419 nach3326 seiner846 Auferstehung1454 und2532 kamen1831 in1519 die Heilige40 Stadt4172 und erschienen1718 vielen4183.

|
54 Aber1161 der3778 Hauptmann1543 und2532 die bei3326 ihm2424 waren2258 und2532 bewahreten JEsum, da sie846 sahen1492 das Erdbeben4578 und was da geschah, erschraken5399 sie sehr4970 und sprachen3004: Wahrlich230, dieser ist Gottes2316 Sohn gewesen1096!

|

58 Der3778 ging zu4334 Pilatus4091 und bat154 ihn um den Leib4983 JEsu2424. Da5119 befahl2753 Pilatus4091, man sollte ihm ihn geben591.
